WIND READERThe main feature of this website is the series of 9 slide shows that make up the Wind Reader - a visual interpretation of the nature of wind in the beautiful and extremely diverse and photogenic landscapes of ICELAND, SCOTLAND and NEWFOUNDLAND. You can download pdf's from the WIND READER (ENGLISH) ffolder in the LIBRARY and many other related articles. Many Icelanders have contributed to the wind reader over the years, – notably many members of the Iceland Forestry Association, Iceland forest service and the Agricultural University of Iceland. Lesið í vindinn (the Icelandic translation of the WIND READER) on a separate webpage was done by Ingvi Þorsteinsson and Sveinn Runólfsson, courtesy of the Iceland Soil Conservation Service.
